CPA survey

The Consumer Protection Association (CPA) recently conducted an independent survey of our work.

The first survey recorded how customers answered the following questions:

1. Were the company staff courteous and professional?
2. Would you recommend the company to others?
3. Were the company’s undertakings fulfilled?
4. Was the installation work carried our efficiently?

The second survey measured the overall performance of the company from 01/01/2010 to 31/03/2010.
