Sorry for delayed reply. My husband and I are delighted with all our new windows and yes, they are fantastic in terms of acoustics.

Your work men were delightful, fast and efficient… finishing well before time… (much to my amazement!!) And leaving the house in better condition than when they found it. I was discussing the downstair doors with Sterling and he said they can be done without removing the bookcases, so I will be in touch later about a quote for the last few doors and windows that need to be done. As you know, I recommended you highly to our neighbours, so if you do get that job I hope you will give me TWO discounts on our NEXT job, one for that and one for loyalty! I’m writing to let you know that Geoff and I are thrilled with our new windows.

The windows are everything we hoped they’d be and the bonus was the expert fitting. Having taken so long to decide on getting wooden windows (we researched the market place very carefully and found German Windows) we were rewarded by dealing with Peter James. He made us feel happy and secure with our investment. His patience and professional knowledge is superb.

However, until our new windows actually arrived “on site” there were some anxious thoughts, all of which were completey dispelled on introduction to your fitting team. Oh my goodness! Nigel and Stirling are amazing. They are perfect in every way. Polite, respectful, friendly and totally brilliant at their job.

What, potentially, could have been a stressy, messy week of ripping out windows, replacing with new and sorting repairs was fabulously seamless. Their obvious satisfaction in working professionally is a joy.

Replacement windows are a huge investment both emotionally and finacially but German Windows have made our experience fulfilling and value for money.

There is a small amount outstanding on our final payment, which we will be happy to pay immediately on receipt of the obscured glass. The details of which are in hand.

From the day we met at our home followed by my visit to your Aldershot office I felt confident that my wife and I had picked the right supplier to undertake our project.
