Our background

The German Window Company supplies a variety of products that compliment each other and are most suitable for installation into period properties as well as the most modern contemporary buildings.

Principally, a timber window specialist, we have commissioned the maunfacture of box sash windows and casement windows from our German and continental partners with traditional British designs. The blend of British design and German quality has produced products which are the envy of our competitors and put us in a league of our own.

In addition to our traditional timber products we also supply beautiful Aluminium framed Bi fold doors with exceptionally low threshold heights. The engineering and operation of these doors are a ” joy to behold” and slide across vast openings with minimal assistance. There is a vast range of colours making these contemporary doors the perfect match with traditional timber windows.

In the past five years GWC has become a Trust Marked company operating to Government endorsed standards. It has achieved ISO 9001 accreditation for its operating management systems and standards.

The German Window Company is a CERTASS certified installer, a member of The Consumer Protection Association, who underwrite The German Window Company Guarantee and insure the customer’s deposits. We are very proud of our customer feedback and you will see from our recent CPA survey that our yearly performance scored 92.1% Excellent and 7.9% Very Good.

Whilst the survey carried out from 01/07/11 to 30/09/11 scored 100% Excellent. Naturally, we are extremely proud of this result which will be impossible to better but we aim to equal it.

Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.  Outside office hours we have a messaging service and will return your call when the office reopens.

How to find us

We are just off the A331 that connects the M3 near Farnborough with the A31 Hog’s Back, near Farnham.

The nearest train station is Aldershot, just over 10 minutes by taxi. Trains from London Waterloo run 5 times per hour and take 50-60 minutes.
